With the feel and ambience of an English home, Scotts will serve many of America’s favorite dishes with a little theatre from an open Seafood bar, grill and Silver carving trolley that will roam the dining room.
From whisky sours to innovative house cocktails guests can snack or eat from the full menu in the bar or restaurant from noon to 10.30pm daily.
The Restaurant Designed in smart modern British décor will seat 70.
The Long Bar seating 45 will feature traditional and innovative cocktails and a large collection of malt whiskeys and other fine liquors
The Club complete with fireplace and library, will showcase the world’s finest spirits and cask whiskeys, brandies, tequilas and rums many of which from the Scotch Malt Whisky Society (www.smws.com)
Traditional American brunch will be served on Saturdays, Sundays and “Industry Mondays.” Sunday Brunch will feature live, soft Jazz to create a playful atmosphere.
With a distinctly British accent, Scotts DC and The Club will be followed by openings in New York, Miami, Boston, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, Denver, Seattle, San Francisco and Los Angeles.
